Marian (she/her) is the Founder & Board Chair of Arts Connect International where she supports strategic development, board expansion and donor management, having served as ACI’s Founding Executive Director from 2014 - 2019. Prior to founding ACI, Marian was the recipient of a Global Health Corps Fellowship to work at the Art and Global Health Center in Malawi, having previously worked as the Associate Director for ARTZ: Artists for Alzheimer's. Marian earned her PhD from the School for Global Inclusion & Social Development at the University of Massachusetts Boston, her EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and her BA from Colorado College.
